Not too many words can describe the help she gave to us. We were pretty frustrated with looking and bumping our heads learning the process while dealing with a lot of impatient people. Jacinth stepped in, asked what we wanted and found it. After we decided what we wanted, she set a date for closing exactly one week later. My little experience you never close on the date given. Guess what? Exactly one week late we were at the table closing. She was so nice, professional and patient, but handled business with precision and poise. She did as much as she could through emails and calls so when it was time for in person there was little to do. She even checked back with us from time to time to see how we were. To sum it all up.
